The Cornerstone Building is a 188,899 square foot cross-dock building, completed in the winter of 2008. This concrete tilt up building, constructed on a 6” reinforced concrete slab, has a 28’ clear ceiling height and column spacing of 50’ X 50’.  This building is served by an ESFR sprinkler system, 480 volt power, has a total of 14 dock high doors and 4 ground level doors.  It contains a 37,000 square foot mezzanine.  Vehicle parking and truck / trailer staging are on site.
