Scott Sports has an opening for the position of Delivery Administrator in their Distribution Center at the Ogden Business Depot. The primary responsibility of this position will be playing a key role in assisting order expediting from SAP to the distribution floor.
Objective:
To ensure that goods and associated documentation are completed to a high level of accuracy, timely fashion and optimum efficiency.
Job duties will include, but not limited to:
- Order processing, posting and Invoicing
- Preparing shipping documents and maintaining vendor requirements
- Communication with customer service on delivery issues
- Substitute for departmental colleagues and general office duties
- Other assigned duties on distribution floor when needed
Qualifications/Competence
- High School diploma (BS degree preferred, not required)
- Basic computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and SAP
- Able to communicate effectively/accurately… (Verbal and written)
- Highly organized, attention to detail and capable of multi-tasking
- Team oriented and high standard of personal presentation
- Ability to adapt and open to a fast moving environment
Monday - Friday with occasional overtime.
Work hours: Day shift 7 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
