Honeyville is a 205,000 square foot, multi-use facility completed in 2017. It houses Honeyville’s 25,000 square foot corporate offices, retail outlet, warehousing and distribution, and food production facility. The 50,000 square foot mezzanine provides easy machine access and flexibilitity for the production rooms on the first floor. The building has future rail capacity and can be expanded. The building has a 36’ clear height, ESFR sprinklers, 6” reinforced floor, and ample parking.
